Automated Contour-based Tracking for In Vitro Environments (ACTIVE)

ACTIVE (Automated Contour-based Tracking for In Vitro Environments) was developed for automated nuclear cell tracking and was created using MATLAB version 2011a.

A detailed explanation of ACTIVE and representative results generated by ACTIVE are available in the original research article: Baker RM, Brasch ME, Manning ML, Henderson JH. Automated, contour-based tracking and analysis of cell behaviour over long time scales in environments of varying complexity and cell density. Journal of The Royal Society Interface. 2014;11(97). doi: 10.1098/rsif.2014.0386.
